We are an entity declared of Public Utility and Social Interest and have been recognized as an equal opportunity collaborator by Emakunde since December 2007.

Sartu Zabaltzen is a private, non-profit association operating in the social services sector with the goal of promoting social and employment inclusion with and for people at risk and/or experiencing social exclusion. Our scope of operation is the province of Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia.

Since we began operating in 1994, we have seen ourselves as just another public service within the network of community social support services, which we aim to complement and support, with a spirit of collaboration and cooperation.

Our goal is to support the processes of change that people themselves want to foster, as well as to impact social and work environments with the goal of reducing or eliminating existing inequalities, working to build more inclusive territories.

  • Providing support to people to help them navigate their personal, social, and work environments more effectively, fostering the development of their personal, professional, and interpersonal skills, always based on their own potential, expectations, and interests.
