Specific Objective A: Improve access to employment and employment activation measures for job seekers, particularly young people, especially through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed, disadvantaged groups, and inactive individuals, as well as through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy.
5.A.03 Integration pathways for young people furthest from the labor market
The intervention focuses on comprehensive and personalized socio-labor integration pathways through programming tailored to the needs of young people and, consequently, blended and “à la carte,” activating different benefits that include diagnosis and guidance, training for the acquisition of basic, prior or basic socio-professional skills, and/or employment training, and comprehensive support throughout the process leading to job search.
Aimed at people aged 16 to 30 who are experiencing or are at risk of social exclusion, foreigners who need to improve their qualifications and update their job market skills, single-parent women without stable employment, and people with lower qualifications, etc.
