Specific Objective H. Promote active inclusion to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and active participation, and improve employability, particularly for disadvantaged groups.
2.H. 02 Socio-labor integration pathways for people at risk of social exclusion
Promote the creation of employment opportunities for people at risk of social exclusion. Actions to design and develop individualized and personalized employment pathways that include diagnosis, guidance, and support in the job search, as well as training activities for the acquisition of basic and socio-professional skills, basic and pre-employment training, among others. The goal is to define individualized pathways adapted to the needs of individuals.
Aimed at people in situations of or at risk of social exclusion, foreigners who need to improve their qualifications and update their skills for the labor market, women without stable employment who head single-parent families, people with lower qualification levels, people over 45 with low qualification levels, people with disabilities, etc.
